What are the skills needed to become a Intern to the next level?

Hi Seniors!

From your viewpoint What qualifications are required to advance as an intern? Because my coworkers and I, as internal officers, are interested in learning how to advance in our professional lives by improving our knowledge and skills. I have certain ideas in my head, but I’m not sure if they’re true. Therefore, if you have any expertise on how to enhance our qualities to advance our title, please share it in the comment section.
