Will the Next Generation Even Know How to Drive a Car?

Okay can we just take a moment to talk about Tesla is doing right now because honestly it is equal parts excisting and absolutely hilarious when you think about how we are going to be using these things in the future. Like we went from “let me start my car” to “my car will start itself drive itself, park itself and probably judge my music taste on the way” in the span of like 20years Wild.

Tesla has been pushing the boundaries of what a car can actually do for a while now. Self driving mode, automatic lane changing, summoning your car from a parking lot like you are some kind of superhero these are not science fiction anymore. These are things happening right now in 2025. And with the Cybercap robotaxi that Tesla revealed, the future just got even more intresting, Imagine waking up,
ordering a driverless taxi from your phone and just vibing in the back seat while the car figures out the traffic. No driver, No awkward small talk. Just you and your marning coffe. Honestly sounds perfect.

But here is the funny part. Think about how confusing this is going to be for future generations. Kids in 2040 are going to grow up never knowing how to drive. They will look at steering wheels the same way we look at floppy disks like what even is that and why did people use it. And road rage? Completely extinct because no human is acutually driving anymore. The cars will just calmly sort it out between themselves like civilised robots.

The future of transport is coming whether we are ready for it or not and Tesla is leading the charge in the most dramatic way possible.

So tell us — are you excited about a future where cars drive themselves or does the whole thing make you a little nervous? Would you actually trust a robotaxi with your life? Drop your thoughts below!
