What are some of the activities that are taking up a bulk of your time?

I’m using iPhone I got the update from last week ios12 now I’m realizing daily I spend on social media more than 5 hours per day. today onwards I realized how I’m wasting my time. this is my experience if you have this kind of waste experience in your life share with us.
