Talent may confer the first benefit but it is the mindset that will decide on how far an individual will go. The proper attitude will help to study, become flexible and improve.

You can begin with talent, but you cannot develop unless you put into action. And there are many of them who are gifted, but fail because of their inborn gift. They have no problem dropping out when they face difficulties. On the other hand, a strong mindset individual will look at the problems as an opportunity to grow and will not give in.
