How to start a day with motivation!
Motivation is the key to success, In my early days, I depended on someone to motivate me to do something, but nowadays I have started to read and watch video clips to motivate myself and I could see the improvements in my life, so I’m encouraging you all don’t depend on any others, you can plan your day with motivation, here are few hacks how you can start a day with motivation. I learned the hacks from the books and videos, you can find out which you prefer:
- Make a plan the night before: Before you go to bed, take a few minutes to plan out your next day. This will give you a sense of direction and purpose when you wake up.
- Wake up at the same time every day: Consistency is key when it comes to motivation. Try to wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends, to establish a routine.
