Bucket list- Do you have one and have you actually ticked anything off it recently?

Okay honestly raise your hand if you have a notes aoo somewhere on your phone with a list of things you want to do before you die that you have looked at in like six months. Yeah same. We all have a bucket list or at least the idea of one – but how many of us are actually ticking things off it or is it just a collection of dreams we keep pushing to “someday“?

A bucket list is such a powerful thing when you actually take it seriously. It forces you to think about what you genuinely want your life to look like beyond work deadlines and daily routines, Travel to a place that scares you a little. Learn something completely outside your comfort zone. Experience something completely outside your comfort zone. These are the that make life feel full and memorable rather than just busy.

But here is the honest truth. Most of us are so caught up in the grind of everyday life that our bucket list just sits there collecting digital dust. We tell ourselves we will do it when we have money, more time or more courage, And somehow that perfect moment never quite arrives.

The thing is bucket list experiences do not always have to be big or expensive. Sometimes it is as simple as watching the sunrice from somewhere beautiful, cooking a dish from a country you have never visited or finally picking up that hobby you have been putting off for years. Small ticks count too.

Life is genuinely too short to keep saying someday.

So tell us do you have a bucket list and have you ticked anything off it recently? We would love to here what is on yours! Drop it below!

Yes, I do have one in my head and I just ticked off learning a new skill I’ve been putting off for a long time. I can see that there is a sense of purpose in life and I’m more driven to pursue greater ambitions if I can achieve something small. The answer is to not wait for the “perfect time” but rather just to do it.
