Best shortcut/tool that saves you time?
Everyone is always looking for something that can help us work more efficiently; sometimes, it may turn out to be very simple tricks that actually make a significant difference.
In particular, there are several techniques that significantly improve my workflow. First, the use of Figma auto layout and components, which allows me to automate the design process. Additionally, the use of Figma shortcuts and quick actions is another thing that makes the work faster. When I have to quickly generate some content, such tools as Canva come into play. Moreover, I often use AI tools to generate ideas or create content.
However, there are other things that, despite seeming trivial, also help me save my time.
In any case, I am always keen on learning new approaches.

Small things really do make a big difference. Auto layout and components in Figma are huge time savers. For me, keeping a simple workflow (like organizing files properly and reusing design systems) also helps a lot. I’ve also found that combining AI tools with good shortcuts can speed things up even more. Always learning and refining the process is definitely the key.
