Communication is a process of sending and receiving words of thought between 2 persons or between some third parties. Communication can express their own needs, desires, ideas, and feelings considering the needs of others, communication process is categorized into major units, such as,

  1. Verbal communication
  2. Non-Verbal Communication.
  3. Visual Communications.
  4. Listening Communication.
  5. Written Communication.

Communication is a series of actions or steps taken to move successful communication without any barriers.2 major participations are their sender communicator & encoder communicator (Receiver). The communication process involves sharing thoughts, and understanding and consists of meanings of essential elements (wish, expect words, care, love, commands, predict, overthinking expectations) elements that collaborate with communications are environment, context, channel, receiver, message & word meaning and capability.

The communication process consists 3 parts,

  1. The Sender
  2. The Message
  3. The Recipients.

3 process roles complete the entire process of communication with health or un-health end. Let’s have a look at each step,

  1. Verbal Communication – Using words to communicate with others. Face-to-face interactions with other people or groups of people

(Zoom/skype/telephone call/video call). Sometimes verbal communication can be informal (chatting with a friend) Acting as a formal way of exchange of thoughts (Interviews, conferences, lectures or oral presentations)

Oral Verbal communication will be effective when there will be clarity with the words used during the content purpose.

2. Non-Verbal Communications – Get a sense of how others are thinking and feeling. (Facial expressions, eye contact, hand moments, touch and posture)

Sign language is used to communicate our thoughts, being an effective communicator considering the tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language words you speak.

  1. Good Eye contact is needed (avoid staring & rolling your eyes)
  2. Facial Expression – the most useful tool that reflects directly how you are feeling.
  3. Cross your arms – reflect in the form of anger & fidgeting (distract the person who is communicating with you)

If you are wanting to make non-verbal into a good communication process, need to create a good impression (style needs to be healthier)

  1. Written Communication

This might be a letter, email, report or a message with social media. It must be a clear and concise manner of transforming thoughts. No need to repeat unnecessary messages again & again.

  2. Don’t wait for someone to attempt to match your diaries.
  3. Read & respond when you are available to do so.
  4. Evidence that conversation has taken place.

This communication concerns something you may be simply requesting some feedback or informing someone of a task you have completed with the help of evidence.

4. Listening Communication

Most important parts of communications. We can truly engage with the people talking to us. Sometimes it can be difficult to sit & listen for long periods when you are not expected or there is no opportunity to engage.

  1. Training Sessions.
  2. Recording Sessions.
  3. Google Meeting.
  4. Lecturing.
  5. E-Learning.

5. Visual Communication

A powerful way of getting a message across is verbal & non-verbal communication. It is a much easier & more varied process of communication. (More creative) Is all around us whether that be on television, social media & advertising campaigns. This can include things like,

  1. Drawing.
