Here are the key findings:

  • When applying for or even considering a new job role, 80% of respondents look up current employees’ social media profiles.
  • 60% of prospective employees use LinkedIn to study a potential employer before applying for the job.
  • Glassdoor (51%), Facebook (37%), and Twitter (36%) are also popular social media platforms potential employees look to gather information about companies, employees and potential employers.
