How to change the failure for the happy?

Most of the time I got the failure that time I felt sad and I can’t do anything. One day I got failure but I didn’t feel sad because of my family stay with me. They made happily. So I felt happy but that isn’t suitable for every time. I’m confusing. Give your tips for me.
