How to use audiences?

If your goal is to find new customers:

Use Custom Audiences in Ads Manager to create lookalike audiences who are similar to customers currently engaged with your business.

  • Go to Audiences within your Ad Manager
  • Choose a Custom Audience source
  • Choose your desired audience size with the slide
  • Select Create audience

How to use audiences?

If your goal is more conversions:

Use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code you add to your website, and build audiences by understanding what drives your customers to make a purchase.

  • Open Business Settings in Business Manager
  • Choose your business.
  • Click on Data Sources and you will see your Pixels.
  • Your Pixel ID is in parentheses right under the name.
