Job Description

As a Junior Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital creation, including logos, social media graphics, web banners, and videos. You will work with various tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and more to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand and client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design digital creations such as social media posts, web banners, logos, videos, and more.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on generative AI tools, especially Midjourney and DALL·E 2, with effective prompts.
  • Understand and apply color and font concepts for websites and social media publications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive design and content.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts/assets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma.
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro and Adobe XD is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media accounts creation and post publications.
  • Proficient in English, both writing and speaking.
  • Self-learner, innovative, and good at research.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to hitting deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new things quickly.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Committed and flexible for on-demand work for dynamic project requirements.
  • Ability to travel and work hybrid as per needs.
