About the Role As a Web3 Application Developer at Altitude1, you will play a pivotal role in architecting decentralized solutions for our Q1 2026 expansion. This position requires a developer who is not only proficient in blockchain protocols but also capable of managing the underlying infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment where practical innovation takes precedence over rigid theoretical methodologies. We are looking for self-starters who can take ownership of a project from smart contract deployment to server configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Smart Contract Development: Architect, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity or Rust for high-impact DeFi and NFT projects.
  • Full-Cycle Development: Build and integrate decentralized applications (dApps) with modern frontend frameworks, ensuring seamless interaction with blockchain networks.
  • Server & Infrastructure Management: Manage Linux-based server environments (AlmaLinux, cPanel/WHM) to ensure optimal performance and security for deployed applications.
  • Practical DevOps: Deploy updates and fixes rapidly. While we value code quality, we prioritize shipping functional, high-value products over complex, rigid CI/CD pipelines.
  • AI Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement intersections between Blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence.
