Continuation of tips on Written Communication. 

When it comes to written communication  we do have to focus on what is there to be written to especially give major priorities to  target the audience , because when we need to target them only you can give the best content in the final layout . So we do have to look at what the special tricks / tips do have to use to continue for written communication .

Firstly, we do have to proofread the content , You know why? When we do write whether it is content writing , copywriting or article or blog writing we do make some shortcomings, like some type mistakes,errors keeping more spaces in the written paragraphs kind of there’s many, also there will be missing spellings, wrong dates or might be features as well. Mostly focus on the tone as well , whether it sounds bad ,harsh or rude.

Secondly, we have to write with polite and respectful language and also it should be very simple to understand. When the language comes easy it would be helpful for someone who has a lack of knowledge of English. Because the written language is simple to understand. But if the message gives for that written notice whether it is serious it won’t matter either.

Better to address as , “Please kindly, would appreciate it, Thank you for your, those kind of words  I look forward to your response.After all ,we have to add formats, like because it would be easy to catch and read for the audience .Additionally, we can use bullet points,headings .But without overdoing it, then only we can sharpen the writing for the continuing.Then we have to keep the purpose in mind, whatever the message we give there must be an answer for all. Whether it is easy to know by the reader or not.

In conclusion, when it comes to written communication we do have to look at all perspectives. Cause that’s our responsibility to keep the audience happy and delight with our communication level. It would be great if we follow them and  stick with it.
