What are the barriers you have Faced while Sharing ideas?

Nowadays Most of the people are having more ideas in their mind but they didn’t share that. they always keep silent. Why is that?

In my point of view. The following this are not to allow from their end.

1. The language barrier.
2. They afraid to talk.
