How should I motivate myself to accomplish my goal?

I have a goal but I can’t achieve my goal because I didn’t follow the process. I did sometimes most of the time I didn’t do that. Sometimes I faced failure that time I felt I can’t accomplish my goal. If have any suggestion please give me.
