I completely agree.. Considering that having a strong personal brand on LinkedIn involves much more than having an attractive profile, the fact that people share their experiences, ideas, and trends has helped them to become voices that can be considered knowledgeable and trustworthy.

What is particularly potent is that all of this has applications beyond personal development. Employees with a strong personal brand become brand ambassadors for the company, helping it to reach a whole new set of people even before a sale is even discussed.
