Especially the idea of learning to say “No”, it’s such a powerful way to stay focused on what truly matters and reduce unnecessary stress. I’ve also found that those quiet moments throughout the day make a huge difference in staying grounded and productive. Also, I couldn’t agree more with the “Sleep early” point, getting enough rest really does wonders for mental clarity and energy.
