Google Search Console has released an update to its user permissions settings!
Google recently released an update to these user permissions settings, which provides more granular control over the level of access granted to users. The new update allows website owners to assign users one of three roles:
- An update to Google Search Console allows you to grant more specific permissions to team members.
- Users can be given different levels of permissions within a property, such as read-only, full editing, or restricted editing access.
- The update provides a more secure and efficient way for users to work together on Search Console accounts.
This update gives website owners greater flexibility and control over who can access their Search Console data and what they can do with it, which can help improve data security and privacy.
Meantime the user permissions settings in Google Search Console allow website owners to grant access to other users, such as team members or agencies, to view and manage their website’s data in Search Console (Users will only see the relevant information to their work by utilizing these controls).
