Feeling STRESSED …. But Not Taking Care of It?
Feeling STRESSED …. But Not Taking Care of It?
This 21st century is full of stress, anxiety, and depression. All those terms look the same but they have a bit of difference between them. Most of the time people don’t even consider their stress. Because they have no time to take care of themselves, this leads to many severe health and mental issues. Sometimes “It’s just a stress dude” takes someone all the way to the grave. People don’t have any idea of how stress affects the body. If you say stress is mentally related, it won’t affect your physical health. Then better you should consult a psychiatrist in order to cure your severe mental illness 😂.
Research conducted at Heidelberg University has proven that stress makes Antibodies and Immune cells in the human body respond the same way they react to external pathogens. This triggers the immune response and they react not only with the pathogens to neutralize, but also attack healthy cells and damage them. This leads to age prematurely. And also it stimulates pituitary glands in the mid-brain. It releases corticotropin, which results in releasing of Adrenalin and Cortisol. They increase the respiratory rate and pulse. It leads to high blood pressure and heartbeat rate. Moreover, Cortisol elevates the density of Dopamine and Glucose levels in the blood.
By practising mindfulness you can prevent stress and depression. Mindfulness can be achieved through meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises.
