Do you think hand-coding HTML/CSS is still necessary?

I think tools like Web-flow and Framer are amazing for quick mockups and marketing pages. They speed things up and are great for designers or smaller teams.

But I still believe knowing how to hand-code is essential for real flexibility. When things break, or you need custom logic or performance optimizations, code gives you full control. So for me, low-code tools are helpful but not a full replacement for core dev skills.
