Do you like to work in small team or big team?

As I see team size can affect to the how a project feel. Personally I’m working in a small team. It’s easier to communicate, share ideas, make decisions and make quick changes without waiting too many times.

In small group, everyone’s contribution is visible it’s easy to work together.

In bigger groups, there are more ideas and perspectives. but sometimes it may be slow the work process when too many many peoples are involving and hear to everyone’s perspective.

In my opinion small teams are stronger and collaborated team can work flow smooth . how ever both teams have pros and cons depending on their collaborations.
