Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Media Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to create data-driven campaigns that maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new paid media techniques to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spending effectively to maximize returns on ad spend (ROAS).

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media.
