Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts, layouts, and visual elements for digital and print collateral, including websites, social media graphics, branding materials, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to understand project objectives and deliver compelling visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
• Translate conceptual ideas into high-quality designs using industry-standard design software and tools, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance the quality and innovation of design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adhere to project timelines and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and review design assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; additional certifications or specialized training in design software/tools is a plus.
• Proven experience (Minimum 1 year) as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software/tools, with a demonstrated ability to create impactful visual designs from concept to execution.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, receive feedback, and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
