How Does Human Behavior Influence UI Design?

What is the effect of Human Behavior on UI Design?

It is not only great layouts, colors and icons that make great UI design. It is the way of learning how people think, respond, observe and make decisions.
By turning to the way people behave the interface is not only usable, but also enjoyable. The brain is fond of structures it possesses.
This is why it can be said that an interface is comfortable because of predictable navigation, the same spacing, and repeating patterns.

When one observes something that is replicated in a similar manner, then he or she does not spend time contemplating that he or she believes in it and proceeds. That is the reason why designers adhere to grids, alignment principle and generally how user interface should be placed.
It’s not about being boring. It is that it is simple to comprehend. People like straightforwardness instead of being creative.

Beautiful design or design is great but clarity prevails always. Users feel secure when there are buttons that are easy to click, headings that are stand-out and readable text. When something appears to be confusing or even, for a second, the brain perceives this as a strain and it will make attempts to get out of it. Good UI reduces thinking. Great UI causes the next action to be explained without understanding.

Color controls emotion

Colors do not merely paste figures, but convey information.
Blue feels safe.
Red feels urgent.
Green is healthy and natural.
Color leads in the right direction and creates the context of the whole experience when used properly. A high contrast purchase button is not because it is pretty but because the brain interprets it as significant.

Hierarchy of visual order is obeyed by people. The brain scans large to small, bright to mediocre, vivid to gray. This is why the use of headings, subheadings, icons, and spacing assist the users to gain ideas about what is most important. When the hierarchy is good, the interface is clean.
Competition is made when it is weak, all want attention! users are exhausted.
Simplicity builds trust Cluttered displays are intimidating.

However, once the interface is provided with sufficient breathing room, users become comfortable and relaxed.
The use of white space, clear grouping, and simple layouts make people feel that the product is high quality and well-designed.
And faith brings superior interaction.

When design meets human psychology, all clicks are simplified and all the interactions prove to be significant.
