It is a busy life that usually lets one forget to add physical activity as an essential aspect of personal life to maintain health and productivity, which diminishes stress. These are a few quick tips to keep one active and healthy while following the busy tech schedule.

 

Why exercise?

  • Long hours of sitting can lead to pain, stress, and fatigue.
  • Exercise improves circulation, reduces discomfort, and boosts focus. 

Quick desk exercises:

  • Neck tilts & shoulder rolls
