“Making mistakes is not a bad thing – Making mistakes without learning from them is . Do you agree?”

Okay let me say something that i think we all need to hear making mistakes is not the problem. Seriously. We have been conditioned to feel ashamed every time we get something wrong, like mistakes are this terrible thing that defines how capable or smart we are. But that is just not true and it is time we changed the way we think about this.

Every single person you look up to – every succesful entrepreneur, every great leader, every person who seems like they have it all figured out has made mistakes. A lot of them. The difference is not that they were perfect. The disfference is that they paid attention to what went wrong, Learned from it and came back better than before. Mistakes are literally just feedback in disguise.

The real problem is when we make the same mistake over and over again without stopping to ask why.
When we do not reflect, do not adjust and do not grow from the experience. That is when a mistake stops being a lession and starts becoming a pattern. And patterns are much harder to break than individual slip ups.

So next time you mess something up at work, in a project or even in your personal life do not just beat yourself up about it. Sit with it for a moment. Ask yourself what happened, what you could do differently and what you learned. That one habit alone can completely change the trajectory of your growth.

Mistakes are not the enemy. Refusing to learn from them is.

So tell me what is the biggest mistake you have made that ended up teaching you the most valuable lesson? Drop it below.
